Clio Williams cylinder head

Hi.

I'm currently rebuilding my Clio Willy engine. I have taken all the engine to an engine expert to supply me with all bearings etc and to check the equipment I have.

Its become apparent that my cylinder head isnt off a Williams but the 1.8 16v. I'm kind of not suprised as there was damage and a half baked story from the previous owner about the head.

The engineer is convinced that the williams head should have a swirling in the intake, almost like a threaded design where the air & fuel mix. I beleive its called 'vortex'? Is this true?? I'm finding it difficult to locate a genuine Williams head, so my next question is.....does anyone have one of know of a place that may have one?? I know the valves are 32mm so I know what to look for but its the swirling thats throwing me a bit!!

Any help would be great.

He's talking shit, it's the same casting as the 1.8, only difference is the inlet valves and cams.
