anyone knows, if there are uprated radiators straight fit for the clios, like the ones we can find so easily for the gtts!!!
im tired of looking and still not finding nothing. ( for gtt you can find tons)
in what way they're shite aly b?
I had coper one in my gtt on the c1j 1.4 engine and I never more had problems with overheating, being it on ful boost or trafic! but I would like to read your opinion on this!
Its not the cooling issue of them, Just a very high % of them broke on the inlet pipe connector as the join was that poor on them, some people were lucky but just the majority was not.
Haa, now that you mention it, I'd did have some minor leaks from the copper it self, and had to be repaired. It started to turn in to green spots and after water going out!
copper has a slightly higher thermal efficiency over aluminum but it has less strength and corrodes readily.
Always fit aluminum radiators.
The thermal efficiency is nothing to lose sleep over, if the aluminum radiator is designed correctly then there is no difference over a standard copper rad.
