Clio V6 Phase I on Ebay £14,995 ???

Just seen this...............recorded in the register and had been for sale previous in 2011 with 27,000 miles. Appears to have been registered in 2009, but seems to have disappeared until it reappeared for sale in 2011.

Doesn't state the mileage on this listing, except to say 'Very low mileage'. Non-standard exhaust?

"Just had full service and cam-belt change at
Renault Motor line Ashford Kent."

Interesting one to watch............

It's higher than they used to be, but I'd like to think that a real nice ph1 is worth 15k.

Traditionally the gap between a ph1 & a ph2 of equivalent condition is 4k. As a few very nice phase 2s have been trading around 19-21k recently, surely a very nice phase one should be able to go for 14/15k without raising eyebrows? Surely an equivalent phase 2 is not worth 10k more than a phase one? After all the phase ones are significantly rarer in the UK!

Phase 2s have gone up in price, haven't seen a nice 10-13k phase 2 in about 6 months, IMO, the days of 7-9k nice phase one are gone too.

Interesting dilemma when compared to this one listed at the same price: LINK

The above is noted as Cat C, but has only done just over 7K miles, and it may not have the belts changed, and possibly have the associated maintenance done.

I know which one I would go for.............

I'm not sure many have been "trading " as you say as the two £21k low mileage Illiad blues from last year are both still for sale. I still think it has to be an i.d. colour to get over £20k.but yes the phase ones are dropping like flies!

47 ph1 gone in the last six years according to www.howmanyleft.co.uk. ( and yes I know the total figures (151) are not 100% accurate but you can still compare one year to another to see the trend - 25% gone in 6 years !). I'm just waiting for them to publish the 4th quarter 2013 figures to update a post I did a year ago about the dwindling numbers of Vees in the UK but it looks like another 10 or so of both phases have disappeared again last year as more get exported and crashed!

I can think of 3 ph2s sold in the past 2/3 months around the 20k mark, but yes, the only one that exceeded 20k that was indeed an id colour.

The ones on auto trader are priced a little strong i think, hence not shifting. Got to be the right car to command big money!

were those the titanium's of Hoogi and mick harris? does anyone know if the LY #340 V6 SOP has sold?
