Clio exhaust fit 19?

I really want to get an Ashley backbox for my 19 Valver hatch. But they don't make them for the 19. If I bought one that fits the Mk1 Clio Valver, would it fit a 19 Valver? Thanks.

just had a look at my ph1 clio valver and they are different m8, so no is the answer, try a universal one or buy one specific to the 19 m8

have you spoke to them direct mate ? they are prety good when it comes to pleasing people, have had all my bits to build my exhaust from there , speak to a bloke there called Spencer he should sort you out

There are plenty of pipes out there for the 19. But I'm fussy. It has to be a 2.5" or 3" single rolled out. And it HAS to sound raspy. Raspy is important even if its not rolled out. Ideas?

if thats wot your after, try searchin for rst back boxes as they are usually the rolled out ones, easy to mod to fit a 19 or go the universal way from halfrauds or a performance shop

ive had three 19 16v , all of them had cat back stainless exhausts , and in my opinion the magnex sounded , by far, the best . I nice hum low down in the revs , and then a really sporty raw after 4000 , matched with a pipercross viper was spot on!

Magnex sounds like my cup of tea, can't find one for the 19 though?

Yeah Magnex are the best all round, sound good, nicely made and fit right, dont bang or rattle against the chassis or rear beam and the hangers all in the right place and stay put.

Scorpion are the ones to stay away from, utter fecking rubbish when it comes to 19 exhausts.

It's got a Scorpion on it at the moment ha. It sounds nice, but it's just not enough. Ideas where to obtain a Magnex? I'm guessing eBay as they're not listed on their website.

Just had a look on eBay and shows nothing for a 19 What sort of sound do you get from a Mongoose cat back? With possibly a decat. Raspy? or Boomy?

no idea where to get one from , that was on my first car when i bought it ,which was about 2003 , i later cut the back box off and put a 4 inch big bore , not the same ! You learn from your mistakes! , its worth trying to get one
