Clio 225 wiring loom

Hi, am doing a clio Megane conversion and was wondering what lads did when it came to the wiring? Looking at the megane loom it runs to the fuse box which doesn’t plug in to the clio fuse box. Just wondering how to hook up the wires, thanks
