Clio Clio 182 Trophy back to oem(ish)

ill find where you can get them. they are the ones supplied to clio cup race cars (y) sabelt renaultsport will probably yield some google results

Bit if preventative maintenance, i had the usual humming noise from a rear wheel bearing, thought I'd leave it till it got really bad, well this week it got loud enough quite quickly so that I was actually worried to drive the car, a quick search found mintex disks pad with bearing and abs rings already fitted for not much monies. Hopefully they will last a while, the dog even got involved with security while working on the drive. Vicious she is lol

indeed, shes been abused in the past but a little bit of love here and there is working wonders, was a nice no droning drive into work this morning, next on the list will be front brakes. thinking brembo disks with either ds2500's or CL RC5 pads, plenty of life in the fronts still though so nu rush on those

ok after a little issue with the brakes can be found here all seems to back on track. really really wanting some more power now, the car handles everything i throw at it, front brakes need a little more bite, trail braking makes them go a little wooden but i blame the ds2500's that are in there, im not a big fan of them on any car ive used them in tbh. winter may see a diy pikey low boost build being done

i will indeed give it one, its not just in this car, i have had them in many cars and always feel the same, initial bite is ok but gets better with some heat then too much heat sees them going wooden, i am quite heavy on the brakes though. I have a set of braided front brake lines still to fit so i could do them at the same time as a fluid change

i may have just ordered a turbo aswell, keeping it cheap and cheerfull so i have gone for one off a pulsar gtir. should give decent flow but higher up in the revs, which suits me as the engine will be near stock once done. this is the info i can find on the unit which is a TB2804

Technical specifications: it has a 60 trim 60 mm BCI-1 compressor, 79 trim 53.8mm Inco T-250 turbine wheel, and an .86 A/R turbine housing. though that all could be wrong as it was copied from another site

Not going to be a quick conversion still might build it up on a spare engine then swap it into my shell, will see how it goes though, with all the bits present it wouldn't take too long to bolt on though

would be nice to see 250-280 bhp on scrapyard and second hand parts. Just remembered i already have a set of meggy 225 injectors in the shed WIN!
