Cheap Ph 2 #73

In my 2 months of looking, and still waiting for funds  , thats the cheapest. Thats a crazy price and anyone looking like me who has the funds would be mad not to buy !!

Shame the wheels are blacked up but what an amazing deal.

Be interesting to see how quick it sells. Almost tempted to have it myself.

Do it mate! U fancy a mk2 don't you!

I'd even say there's a good bit profit to make once it's tidied up wheels done etc

It is indeed cheap, however I can't imagine that it'll be in really good condition at that price [smilie=icon_eek.gif], also has it had the cambelt done I wonder.

Maybe I'm a bit cynical (an age thing probably [smilie=icon_eek.gif] ) but I'd say if you viewed it you'd realise why it's so cheap , if it seems to good to be true then it probably is :s

Aye Colin I do. I'm in a real quandary as I love my Mk1 so much.

I just feel that if I had a Mk2 with less miles on it, maybe I could love another but for a little longer. Mine has done 64k and in great nick and drives superb.

Perhaps I'm just being greedy and should be happy with what I have.

Why don't you let me part-ex mine against yours + 6k?

Well as you know I made the jump from mk1 to mk2 and havent regretted it for one second!

Unfortunately mine isnt up for grabs! Lol :)

normally if a car is for sale so cheaply, ie too good to be true, it's usually a scam. it happened with a phase 1 for sale in Manchester recently.

What occurred in Manchester?

On Gumtree there was a car for sale at a giveaway price but it was also on sale at a dealer on the south coast at a sensible price.

Maybe In this case it was genuine but the scam is that they get you to turn up with some cash in one of the iffy bits of toxteth or hansworth or peckham or....
and they take your money.
Not very clever but quite effective if they've guns and a machette etc [smilie=icon_eek.gif]
