Cannot buy aerosol paint for my Clio V6 fom Renault dealer

Today i tryed to buy an Aerosol can of paint for my Clio, the local Renault dealer in Chester told me that they do not do that colour. The car was only built in 2005 it can't be out of date already! It's still possible to get the paint colour of my first car which I bought in 1980. I always thought that manufacturers had to guarentee supply for 15 years after manufacture of any model ends.

Go to a local car paint shop (a decent one) with the paint code, they'll do it for you.

The better paint shops will give you a 'swatch' to take out to the car & pick the colour from (even thuough your car might be say, Illiad Blue - there will probably be a slight variation in shades)
