Think your post ended up in the wrong place James may move it for you soon.
Have you had a look in the 'knowledge' LINK Workshop Repair Manual in there full of information and diagrams.
There may be some info of use to you in our Knowledge Base LINK Cambelt timing is not somethng very often asked for, a good v6 specialist might have such details for you. Give Scott a call/email he is the best person I can think of to help you.
Cambelt timing is pretty straightforward, there are no timing marks but its done with 8mm timing pins (5off).
basically, wind the motor round till all the pins drop in then change the belt, the cams are on verniers so that makes life even easier. change the water pump as well while youre at it.
the difficult bit is finding a double jointed babys arm, this will ease getting at everything. couple this with a hand and arm that is 5mm thick and it will be easy.
if you cannot find any specific info get back in touch. GOOD LUCK!
