broke something

Ah balls.

Had an axle stand under the rear suspension arm just in case the jack failed. Dickhead here's only gone and lowered car with the axle stand still there. [smilie=icon_cry.gif]

As a result part number 8 on here:

Is bent to buggery.

Anyone got one for sale or have the part number?

Took ne almost a year to find a used one after Renault wasn't able to deliver a new one

At the time I was looking/waiting for that part
Simon made up/engineered an adjustable replacement for it.
it fits both, ph1 and ph2.

Bought part 6020010223, and as tipped off by Simon it's too small.

They have the same part number for both phase 1/2 cars which I assume is not right.

Dealer speaking to reno uk now. Let's see what they come back with.

Received this Ph1 part:

So for whatever reason, Renault at France, sent the Phase 1 part to my local Renaultdealer.
They are listed under two different partnumbers, so i just don't get why they are did/still doing this :evil: :evil:

Well, the phase 2 part is definately available in Dieppe.
I know this because a guy from a local Alpine-Club is traveling to Dieppe regularely. (doing business)
He brought some of these parts right from there a couple of days after i got the used one from Carl (arranged by Simon THX again!!!)

Good Luck again!!
It will be a pain in the arse

I might contact him to get the correct part number.

When I ordered I got them to check and both phase 1/2 are on the same part number. :s

two different part numbers.
Phase 1 is shorter in length

As said before....it's a nightmare to get the ph2 part!

Renault-Dealers dont seem to be able to get the part from France, even if it is laying somewhere on a shelf in Dieppe.
Try to contact HPG-Automobiltechnik (they should speak english) or try to find a used one (good luck :evil: ).
