Brake upgrade

Night Crawler

Ok, I have a 1993 1.2 clio prima and I want to upgrade the brakes. I have read the tek article on upgrading to bigger brother brakes, but I still have a question.
The brakes I have on mine are (I think) Bendix. The one where you have to pull the slide out to take the pads out. In the tek article it shows the Girling/Lucas setup.
Will I be able to change from Bendix to Lucas/Girling if I got the caliper and carrier? Or will I need the hub to go with it?
Thanks in advance

you need just the calipers and carriers (plus discs and pads, obviously).

The hubs are the same across the range.
