I have used Ferodo DS2500 and Pagid RS19/RS29 but not on the Clio V6. Hate the brake dust from either of them. Pagid dust really sticks to the rims too! Pressure washer doesn't really clean it - need elbow grease.
The Pagid works very well even for road use in winter - Australian winter that is, with only a couple of days or so below 0°C
On the track, RS19/29 handles the heat better than DS2500. I don't get blotches of pad material on the discs with Pagid, but some with DS2500 causing brake juddering towards the end of the day.
Took my Clio V6 for a track day for the first time. It has EBC Yellowstuff installed by previous owner. Doesn't have a strong bite that DS2500 and RS19/29 have. Brake pedal went a bit softer too after first lap (brake fluid is Castrol SRF, so rule that one out). No fade though, just not enough bite. Still happy with the Yellowstuff for road use and easy laps around the track.
I find you need to really heat them up, when I give them some proper stick the pedal tightens up and it's like chucking anchors out the boot. You should also deglaze before track use, by doing a few hard stops from 30mph-ish.
