Bouncy front end

When i was taking my quadra to the garage for mot and the re-test the front end was really bouncy ,so thought the front shocks needed changing , as it has'nt been on the road for 18mths or so. So changed them for some good ones i have, got it all moted and taxed and it drives great however i still have this bouncy front end. After lots of checking found the two rear subframe bolts loose and wont tighten up. My question is could this cause the car to be bouncy at the front and how to tighten them up. Any advise welcome... Will post up some pics of my car tommorow as starting to take shape. Cheers........

Loose subframe bolts should only cause a 'knock' when giving it beans.

Is car lowered at all? Cos most of em behave like basketballs when lowered using std shocks....

Car is on standard shocks and the two front rear subframe bolts are loose by at least 10-15mm and wont tighten up. Any other ideas what the bouncing could be as when road is uneven quite hard to control.. Cheers.................

If its bouncing, its pretty much gotta be the shocks, but if your subframe bolts are loose by as much as you say you need to get it off the road, thats dangerous.
