Bonnet catch

After checking with the dealer about whether this has been changed and booking it in as it hasn't they have ordered 3 different catches and none of them fit. Does anyone know the part number which is the right catch for a Phase 2?

I've sent a link to this post to SG Motorsport. A few months ago with the assistance of a very good Renault RTE they dealt with sorting out bonnet recalls for some of our members.

Will get back to you when I hear something or trying giving Scott a ring, he can steer you in the right direction for help.

Had the se issue with the wrong part being delivered. Pretty sure I threw out the packaging for the new one only last week. Will check the thread when I get home, and check if I still have the part number for you James

Thanks, they have ordered in another one which should be here tomorrow so fingers crossed it's 4th time lucky. I saw there was a part number listed on the forum for a phase 1 but not for the phase 2.

Mines a non uk car no 1617 where do i stand with this? and checking if its been done or not? all this bonnet flipping ups got me worried now.

This is what we were given on the subject.

"if a vehicle is an import then the OTS does not apply, it will only flag up on RUK computer system (ICM) and they will only get a letter if the car was a UK car"
"if it is registered in the UK now and the owner takes it to a Renault Dealer, they could carry out the OTS and claim payment through Renault Customers Services rather than Renault UK Warranty."

Thanks for the info. looks like a trip to my local renault dealer this weekend to try and find out if its been done yet, should i be able to tell by what it looks like if its the original
