Another BMW (sorry), but I thought it'd be nice to share.
The car came in from the Auto Finesse detailer network for a protection package with the owner traveling up from London.
Once the car was cleaned up, there were more and more defects that became apparent.
On arrival.

Someone else had a try.

As usual, wheels first.
AF Imperial, Wolf's Decon-Gel and vrious brushes were used.

Pre-wash left to soak while the tight gaps, rubbers and grills were cleaned using AF Verso and Envy brushes.
2 bucket wash with AF Lather.
Dried with an Aqua Deluxe.
Clayed using Bilt Hamber regular and Meg's D114 as lubrication.
Once the car was cleaned and ready, the defect hunt began.
This was originally only to be a simple protection package, but I can't let some of these things go as it'll ruin the overall finish.
Front bumper - a minor scuff.

Fully removed.

There were several bad bird bombs that had etched into the paint.

These were carefully machine polished to remove.
Panel wiped to ensure the were removed rather than hidden.

There were some very deep scratches on the boot lid. I only had time to improve on them rather than completely remove them

The entire car was then treated with AF Tripple via DA.
Piano black plastics were machined (swirly ones are a major pet hate).
The wheels were clayed and sealed with Mint Rims.

The car was protected using Tough Coat - 2 layers were applied, before 1 layer of Desire.
