Blyton Park Charity trackday 11.05.2021

Good evening all.
Yesterday I was lucky enough to get a day off and head to Blyton Park with not 1,but 2 cars now.. Old trusty 172 and the little mx5 we bagged. We also met up with Andy and his beautiful little Lotus with added boost.
Fantastic weather for the morning session.. Little damp just after lunch and then full wet for last couple of hours but great fun.
Another great day making money for Frank Halls charity.. He runs FCTDC on Facebook and all the profits of the day goto various chosen charities.. How cool.
172 was its usual revvy little self and just kept going round.. The little mazda did have a hiccup as oil temps hit 160'C on track after 10 or so hot laps, so will be investigated and punished accordingly..

Another week another trackday. Nightmare right?

This time at Blyton with a very nice man called Paul, who owns Diamond-Performance.co.uk

The weather was fantastic , maybe 15 or 16 degrees. Enough to gently burn this northern head that is somewhat devoid of a covering.

The car went well, really well. I do not know how to go faster now so I need some tuition. The car felt so right @ Blyton in the dry.

The typical 3 laps sighting occurred then some photos were taken
