Blue Ph3 Quadra

D

Deleted member 486

OK. So I've decided to take my Quadra off the road due to lack of funds to do what needs doing to it. I'll put it up for sale but I'm not going to take a stupidly low price for it as I have already spent quite a lot of money on it and will get round to doing it properly in the future.

It's a Ph3 Quadra, in blue, with just over 70k on the clock running around 14psi boost. It has an aftermarket boost gauge on the top of the steering wheel cowl.
MOT until July 2014.
SORN'd

Bits I've put on it:
Full silicone hose cooling system
New alloy radiator (Axauto)
New thermostat housing
New thermostat
New header bottle
New 12" fans
New fan sender switch
Silicone boost hoses
Pace intercoolers
Uprated recirc valve
High quality bleed valve (NXS Motorsports)
New timing belt and water pump (@ 65k)
New alternator (from a Renault Traffic so more robust electronics)
Refurbed calipers all round
New pads on the rear
New discs and pads on the front
New clock
New clutch slave cylinder - the car has a bleedable system from a Toyota I believe. Was put on by a previous owner. Have a Ph1 system that I would sell with the car for a sensible offer.

As with all 21s there are bits that need doing but have the majority of the parts and will supply them with the car
Sunroof doesn't work and leaks slightly - have a spare one
Top suspension mount clunks on turn in - have new bearings and top mounts (genuine Renault) for both sides
Engine and gearbox mounts are tired - have new ones from Mespiece Autos
Two exhaust manifold studs are sheared off in the head - have new studs and bolts
Exhaust / turbo flange could do with coming apart and just resealing
Reverse lights don't work - they work when the car is put in to first gear so guessing the connector is on the wrong plug in the gearbox
Car stumbles a little bit when first fired - believe this is to do with the exhaust leak as it goes away after a little bit of driving
CD player works but radio doesn't
Ignition key does not return to running position after starting (have to turn it back manually) - have another barrel that can be dismantled to fix the spring
Rear panel underneath lights needs some repairs - have a spare part to use as donor
Bit of rot at the bottom of the rear window on both sides - not through and fairly easy to repair (got an almost new rear window seal as well to go back on)
Reverse gear lock doesn't work - someone put a Max Power gearknob on which meant they removed the interlock but I'm sure that's an easy fix
Bonnet has a Renault 19 16v scoop on it - got a mint bonnet to replace it
Drivers seat is worn - got a near perfect replacement
Trip computer displays fuel but nothing else

I've tried to be as honest as I can about the car.

Looking for ?2000 for it (would take ?1850 if you wanted the standard intercoolers and recirc valve putting back on it).
PM me or call / text 07834483019.

Can't seem to upload pictures for some reason - can email you pics of the car (and the little rust spots I mentioned)
