I have decided to sell this now. The 6 month itch is strong with this one.
Its been great but I can't justify what will soon to be 3 gas guzzlers on the road, somethings got to give. I wish it was the 175 diesel really.
The mods on the car are an aftermarket radio and some plum put speakers in the parcel shelf.
I have personally put Cooksport springs on, blanked off the dump valve and a cone filter (I have the airbox still)
I took the rear wiper off as you can clearly see someone wiped the window with no blade.
Also made it straight through exhaust from the cat, with the option of putting a standard back box back on.

The detail from Scratcher is still showing I think you'll agree.
Noted issues include:
2 chips in the windscreen
various dings in the bodywork
laquer peel in places.
2 tyre valves are non standard so it shows up on the dash, (one of which is also slowly letting air out, needs a top up every 5 days or so)
all 4 wheels need a refurb, rear drivers is particularly bad.
There is a clunky clonk from the passenger side, I have out new springs, top mounts, droplinks on and its still there, I'm starting to think its a piece of trim flapping about.
The windows like to play up if its soaking wet outside, they still go up and down, but the auto up and down plays up sometimes.
Interior plastics have the melty crap on them, worst decision renault ever made putting that on.
The cruise control will only work if you pull the clutch pedal up a little bit, no idea if this is the way its supposed to be or not, its my first Megane.
I have the engine cover but one of the mounts has broken so the rubber keeps popping out making it rattle.
Bit of wear on the drivers bolster but not broken through.
Could do with a pair of front tyres, but not desperate for them.
There was alot of white silicone on the interior when i got it. I managed to get most of it out but there is a lump in the rear seat footwell (see photo) and a couple of blobs in the boot carpet.
Nothing to hide in the boot, I just had all my stuff in there.
Im getting a steady 33.5 mpg on the dash, More like 28 in reality if your careful.
Feel free to check the MOT history on it.

I'm after what it owes me for £1750 to you guys (id like to see it stay on the forum), it'll go on ebay for £2000. By far the best car for the money. There was one on ebay not long ago for over 2K with I think the big ends gone, could be wrong.
If I were to keep it I'd have put my deposit down for the group buy remap on here already, but I really can't justify it, plus its quick enough for a daily.
It has alot of service history with it, and it was MOTd last month.
Mileage is just under 114,000, it will move as its still my daily untill the clio is working.
Car is located in Flitwick, near Junction 12 on the M1 near Milton Keynes.
Just incase someones offering, I'm after a BMW 320td compact, E46 330D or an X5 3.0D next.
Message me on here and Ill PM over my phone number if you wanna chat about it.
Cheers
Mark
