BG Pistonheads

Nice, always surprises me when vees spring up in quite remote places, seem to remember a Lunar for sale in Moray a while back.

That looks great. Out of interest when did grey seat belts become standard? Mine has black belts but noticed Simons LY had grey.

Guessing when Renault's spares bin ran out

Like you say the earlier ones had black and later seems to be grey. Might we find a cut off point if people list year of manufacture and belt colour?

Generally it's the crossover point in Dieppe when the 182 started being built, if you have black headlights you will have black seat belts(172 phase 2 spec) and grey headlights silver belts (182 spec).

Mines a 2005 with silver belts and grey headlamps.

It'll be getting some new lamps soon and it really needs some new belts too as mine are manky and pulled in places....

He means just extend the belts to be outside the car then shut the door.

The car above is indeed well worth the asking price.
