Hi All!
Thought I'd better say hello as it does say that all members should when joining. I joined around a year ago and I have had my ph1 iceberg v6 for 6 years now. She was 10 years old in March and has covered 28,700 miles. I personally have covered 9,000 miles in the 6 years of ownership and have enjoyed every mile so much, that I do not know how I am ever going to part with this car one day.... if I ever do!
In a nutshell, over this period I have done all the 'Bolt-on' mods to try and refine the way the car performs for the better and the plan was always to put it back to standard in years to come. However after doing these mods and keeping every last part, nut, bolt and washer removed from the vehicle to return to OE glory again one day; I now have the urge for the car to look 100% OE but keep the mods I have done and get a 'Proper' live map done as my crappy downloaded re-map I have had done is making the car run too rich on fuel as the revs buil and with a bit of refinement on the map will take me over the 199bhp @ the wheels (234hp @ the fly) I am running now. And then I will get my stone chips and niggly bits done and I will be happy [smilie=yay.gif]
But it is Renault, and there will always be something that needs doing to her to keep her just so! A labour of love!
I'll shut up now and trouble James to put some of my pics up, great website and forum [smilie=thanks.gif]
