Just spotted this whilst watching Bangers and Cash on UKTV Play

Is it a clio V6 trophy?

The side air intakes look wrong.... but then, what do I know.

Joined us at Silverstone Classic in 2017.
I vaguely remember that it had a Subaru wheel assembly conversion. The owner was a nice chap.

Spot on Simon. It is indeed that very car. One of the old Michelin cars, converted for rally use.

Its owned by the son, Dave Mathewson.

Neither! It’s had that reg plate for ages.

I understand he only has the one car.
