Thank you to everyone who has booked on to date.

Due to recent events a couple of spaces have opened up on the stand and we wanted to take the opportunity to remember our late friend Gareth Morris aka Moggy. If you're unable to attend the funeral and are visiting the show, please drop by and say hello.

It goes without saying these circumstances effect everyone very differently and if you find comfort in being around others please drop by the stand.

I'm certainly no councillor but I'm always up for a talk or just listen!

He asked me to drive the 2nd R26R in the list, I didn't expect to be there in anything other than my BMW, who does that?! I'm devastated and have sobbed writing this but we will remember him and the many memories over the years.

I'll confirm the stand numbers later today

Hi Jonathan.

I think the gates will open at least an hour before general public to allow stands to be setup etc

The below is taken from the event page;

Detailed instructions, including arrival information, will be emailed one week before the event together with your Display Vehicle Pass. Alternatively, you can request tickets to be posted once you’ve received approval (please note postal charge will apply).

If there are any issues on the day just drop me a message/call.

If youre coming make sure you register on the link in the first post, and then subsequently get the approval from the organisers.

***ALL ATTENDEES PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING...***

1. Club stand registration closes on Saturday 24th June (if you dont register by then you'll have to park with the riff raff in the main car park and nobody wants that )

I'm requesting more space as we have exceeded the number of applications but dont let that stop you from applying as I will increase capacity for us!​

2. If you have applied for a pass, please go back into the site registration area and "redeem" your pass after it has been approved

3. I'm speaking with Oulton Park this week to request if we can lead a parade lap in memory of our late beloved friend Gareth aka Moggy and will ask for the organisers to read a short paragraph in his memory

4. I will update the closer we get to the date of the show, but if you have any questions or need help on or near the day give me a call on 07880 255626

To help on the day I'm going to attempt to print off the photos you've all added as part of your registration (aiming to do this at work obvs )​

REMEMBER - Club stand registration closes on Saturday 24th June (if you dont register by then you'll have to park with the riff raff in the main car park and nobody wants that )Please ensure you have redeemed your passes.

There are passes that still need to be redeemed and our area has been increased to 50 car capacity, not entirely sure why but thats ok with me! It just means more room for activities In all seriousness this wiill leave plenty of room for chairs, marquees or anything else you want to erect to hide from the sun (or rain)

I think what he means is you still have to allocate the pass to a ticket. I didn’t realise I hadn’t at first. I Could be wrong though..

Bring the car on a trailer , drop it off and the team will do a in place HG change over FOC and document it in here.
