Ok so im putting my s4 up for sale, Ive owned it twice now, I sold it about 3.5-4years ago to a chap who used it very little, he covered about 4k in the time he owned it. He did have a little bump in it and it now requires a little prep and paint but its still a great car. To be honest it was a silly idea to buy it back, I have 3 other cars and it doesn’t get used much at all. Since buying the car back in May I have all 4 wheel aligned with 4 brand new bridgstones fitted and the coilovers height set as it was very low. I took it on a short track day where bar the brakes it performed faultlessly. Upon my return I then fitted some Brembo 18z callipers and Mercedes disks with braided brake lines. The bbs ch type wheels didn’t clear the calipers so forge motorsport hubcentric spacers were fitted with longer wheel bolts, the rear wheels didn’t then match so the same was added to them. The car received an oil filter and spark plug service from myself when I purchased it too. I have included the original advert that I sold it with last time, though it has a few extra marks on it now. The car is now on 108k still very low millage for a car of this year. Still pulls like a train and previously ran 12.71 sec quarter mile. The passenger side rear arch needs attention along with one rear light and the bumper blowing in. The passenger side rear door card has a couple of clips missing and there is a small dent in the passenger front wing. If I had the time and funds I would keep it and do k04 conversion, it’s a great cruiser and eats the miles. Mot until 30th March no tax as per new rules.

Here we have for sale my 1998 Audi S4. I spent a long time trying to find one before I found the SRS forum and even then I didn’t find the one I wanted. I had to travel a fair distance to find this car and was very glad I did. It’s an extremely straight example with almost immaculate paint work. No car park dings or dents at all! I am the third owner of the car. She has the optional heated full leather seats and carbon trim, and a few added extras that I have done to help her along the road a bit quicker.
I had to remove the engine to replace the manifolds as they had the dreaded rattle when I purchased her so at the same time the cambelt, water pump and thermostat were all replaced. Viscous fan was removed and shorter belt fitted to bypass the air con for a few more hp though the pump is still there, rad and pipes removed. While apart catless downpipes and catback system were fitted, full 2.5inch system. RS4 intercoolers were also fitted. The car ran a healthy 330bhp and 531nm of torque (MRC Dyno Day December 2012). Since a non-return valve was found to be faulty, fixed it and she was put on the dyno again. She held the power longer and was showing 350bhp at Powerstation’s rolling road.
She has a very good service history with nearly all of it being done at Audi main dealers. Oil and filter were supplied by Opie oils and done just after the cambelt. She has no rattles or creaks and is extremely tight for the age of the car. Always washed and cleaned. Both EGT boards were replaced and the car shows no fault codes. Boost is nice and strong and drives faultlessly. The only issues I have with the car are the passenger’s side speaker grill that has a crack in it and on the odd occasion the exhaust rattles. She runs on BBS CH alloys all with legal tread though the fronts are getting low on the outside edges. She is a great car and hasn’t caused me any grief, has never let me down.
