5 GT Turbo Any F7 gurus.... I need some advice.

Good morning team.

I'm contemplating switching my engine in my 5... I currently have a R19 F7P conversion in at the moment but have a williams 2.0 engine in my clio that has cams,ported and polished head etc.

The williams engine is been dyno'd at just over 180bhp if memory serves.

Now heres my problem... I never done the conversion on the 5 the engine was wired and running when I got her.

So my question is can I take the williams engine and ecu out the clio pop it in to the 5 and hope the looms a match or will I have to pull the clio loom?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Aslong as you use the loom that was on the car it won't be a problem. There are a few differences in wiring looms regarding colours on the main plug. So just keep the loom with the car which it's currently on and only swap the engine and ecu
