Another nice looking titanium Mk2 22k + recaro's - £14,250

again? jeeez! must be on about 10 owners by now, most of them in the last year!! wonder why people keep dropping it like a hot cake?

sold July 2011 TO CLUB MEMBER FACTORYPILOT
sold August 2011 to Trevor Skedge (RAOC)
on Pheads Oct 2011 seller Mike Collins
on Pheads Feb 2012 seller Mike Collins 22,000 miles

I'm a bit surprised it's selling so cheaply.

I reckon price is pretty resonable at that to be honest.. The frequent owner changes would concern me though???

I was thinking exactly the same - on both counts.

Erm.... I'll second that.

It amazes me as to how much colours matter to some folk on here :-)

Very reasonable price I'd say... especially with the seats (c £800) and knowing the condition of it.

£13,250.00?? Come on Steve.. you'd be punting that at £15.5k easily! Alot more if it was LY. ;)

As has been said though, I'm very curious to know folk are dropping it like a hot potato. I was quite shocked when Jim sod it it so suddenly, considering all the time he'd lavished on it. But then he came across equally puzzled why it had changed hands so soon again from the guy that bought it from him. Could be worth dropping Trevor Skedge a PM..

Supply & demand my friend-....

Shaun-
Im afraid I wouldnt be punting it out for that(15.5k) - If I thought that was the case I would already have it bought.. ;)
If that was PXed into me- £13995-

to the uneducated masses silver is not that desirable any more... I like it, however Its a bit pidgeon holed as a silver car...

Im sorry to say its unlikey to reach 14k- but will happily be proven wrong-
remember how long its laken the 7k miler to sell thats 'mint' - that was only up for 16.5k- & was 18 months newer & less miles & less owners-

In order of desirability, The unbiased opinion is LY> Lunar>Acid>Red/BG>Illaid>Silver the other very rare colours- who knows, but they are collectors cars so will command a premium by virtue of that

I like how the silver owners pipe up-- the reality is the world of 'desirability' revolves around unique items, & in the world of cars, the same is true right through the renaultsport range-
Silver & blue will always be at the lower end of the pricing than say a liquid yellow- That doesnt make the other colours less attractive in the the flesh- just less marketable....

personally I think the Vee looks bloody fantastic in any colour and that's why I wasn't fussy which colour I bought. Good luck to anyone buying a LY that's circa £6k more than an equivalent condition Titanium as an example.
