"WAS CAT D IN 2008" - guess that explains the price. Didn't see the previous listing...................
 
Just spoken to the seller jlscars06

He doesn't have a CLio v6 for sale. Has no idea why that car is on Ebay.
 
Keep us updated James ! That's the second Illiard Phase 2 with something "dodgy" about it that I've heard of in the last 18 months.
That same picture was used in the previuos add !
 
Yep I sore this for sale about a month or so ago, thought it seemed cheep they must have forgotton to put it was a cat D in the add !!! easy mistake to make !

This car has been for sale for at least 3 years (probably more) , it is advertised every week in the local Welsh paper at £12999 , and is located in the jls showroom at the Menai Bridge branch ... I have stopped off to see it many times on my travels , well before I bought mine (and since!) ... he has some other great cars in there including an e-type and a black rs500 (awesome) ... well worth a look if you're in the area ... the v6 was in awful condition for a 20k car , with a cracked windscreen and easily the worst stonechipped front bumper Ive ever seen , it was listed on ebay and it was still in the showroom , the listing was altered halfway through to include it's hpi status ...
it is the garage owner's car and located very close to the Anglessey Track !!!!
there is no mention of Service history or major maintenence
could well be a "hidden gem" but it is much too expensive ... if his garage can offer decent credit facilities , then he will eventually sell it .... but ... it's been quite a while now !
I did actually enquire many years ago and was given the usual car dealer "run-around" ( I suspect he doesn't really want to sell it )
Will be driving past this week-end , so i'll sneak a peek !
