Another coil gone !!!!

First for me!
(NOT HAPPY) sound like an Impreza!

What is going on? Some say a bad batch, some say bad manufacture! But I say why so many coils going in cold weather ?
There must be a problem with the coil but Renault won't recall.What do we think? :x

Will renault give me a good deal tomoz???

Going Burnley if anyone been before. Has anyone been with same problem?

I'd suggest that you get onto the 'phone today to Renault Customer Services and see if you can them to sort something out before you get to the dealer (assuming that you're out of warranty?).

Been busy past week (loads going on). But went Renault last Monday with a few print-outs from previous posts from this site concerning coils going. Spoke with lads on parts desk, they went to manager and I would have to contact Renault UK head office to log any faults or claims and provide chassis number, milage, service history etc. So I will do that this weekend.
But in the end paid my 40 pounds and left with coil. Fitted and happy days, purrring again.

Keep you guys posted in any new developments.
