In the Gti6 replacement, open top motoring was too hard to live without.

Oh that's very very cool [smilie=cool.gif] [smilie=cool.gif] Come on bud - full spec list & info for us please :D

It was until it decided to lunch a cambelt. I can honestly say it was a good car to own over the winter as a fun hack. Although I think I may have rushed in somewhat when buying, ycrta it was a bit of a lemon.

The bloke I bought the VX off owned it for about two years, after six weeks of ownership this is the bill for the mods he had done :o

It also has harnesses and has had an interior retrim on top of that.

I really am loving the elise/vx experience again, late night drives with the roof off really can't be beaten. Took it on track a couple of weeks after buying and really enjoyed it, apart from this..

Credit to the previous owner Karl he's spent some serious wedge modding that VX & for a damn good end result - quite a few choice performance mods in there as well - have you had it on the rollers yet? What sort of bhp/torque you looking at?

Dunno really, just thought it might suit. I had this in mind...

I like it alot now it's done, and it helps to stop other cars pulling out infront of me because the green stands out against the rest of the car.

I just spotted the colour for Jame's wheels, and I don't mean the silver ;-)

Seriously good modified car that VX ...

He spent THAT much, and the buggers still charged him 15 quid for a tax disc holder! :o

I think I`d have wanted that for free! [smilie=lol.gif]

Oh shit!! I didn't realise the VX220 was a gayboy's choice. Bugger (not literally), I wish I'd known this earlier.
