Airbag Light staying on

Airbag light and serv light staying on.

I "Think" its got something too do with my diskloc as it just get banged about going on and off

just wondered if this is something any of you have experienced.

im gonna dissconnect the battery and hope for the best incase it needs reset.

Remove the bulb... problem solved!

On a more serious note though it's probably something simple like a loose connection or a bad earth, if you've got a set of star bits it might be worth taking the column shroud off and making sure all the wiring from the steering wheel (and anywhere else where there's an airbag) is okay, i.e. no loose wires, sheathing is okay etc.

Failing that a decent auto-electrician is your next call!

Thanks guys I remember from my Pug gti days. The light was on on my 106 for years. It only bothers me on the vee as I do not know why its doing it.
