Hi Folks,
In May i was at Henk's Place in the Netherlands to get the 21 set up with 76mm exhaust and new Turbo. I fitted a Forge Actuator with yellow spring on the Turbo.
On the old Turbo, i had an OE Actuator an was running 1,5 bar Boost (22Psi).
I didn't touch the Boost controller after the Turbo change, but the Turbo spooled up very slow and did not manage to pass 1,1 bar (16 Psi), so that we only reached about 223,6 HP/ 383,3 Nm on the front wheels.
At Home i fitted the OE Actuator on the new Turbo an set the Boost controller a little bit, the Turbo spooled up a little better an i managed to run 1,4 Bar (20 Psi) Peak an then dropping between 1,25 an 1,35Bar. The car was a lot quicker then before.
After this i bought the Tuning Kit for the Forge Actuator, fitted the red Spring, witch is the strongest, and changed the diaphragm (same as before, but a new one)
Now i'm stuck at 0,7 bar (10 Psi)
Does somebody have an idea?
Should i put back the OE Actuator or try the other Forge springs available (blue and green) (I have them)?
