Cant see down into the rear corner of the bay where the Bosch ABS system would reside.

but neither can i see the little yellow connector that would be attached to the suspension turret for the wheel sensor.

Therefore my verdict is: No ABS.

No it doesnt, look at the strut tops

Exactly. Maybe theres just random bits sitting on top of the strut tops in the photo, not good enough to see. But to me in that photo they look like non 16V strut tops.

right see the hole in the bodyshell? On the non 16V strut its all rubber then has a metal disc on it then the strut and nut, it pokes up abotu an inch. The fact that top is flat and silver means its 16V right away

Struts not bolted in right though. Looks like he's used different bolt holes on each side...
