The minute you put standard wheels on it. everyone will say "Needs black wheels"
I'm not a great lover of all this painting Vees hideous colours craze, I think it disrespects a historic brand turning them into a freak show at chav land, but saying that I respect peoples moods, and reasonable colours get my vote.
Standard wheels powdercoated gloss black, no tints, remove the silly stickers, black the chrome badges, gloss black the wing mirrors bases (instead of white) and I think we could be onto (more of a) winner. As it stands it looks a bit Halfords...
Each to their own though. I'm sure the owner absolutely loves the way it looks. Without people doing different things the Vee ownership exoerience wouldn't be so fun [smilie=icon_cheers.gif]
The principal of white, for me, looks brilliant but the accessorising and detailing of the trim and wheels is open for debate ... Silver probably wouldn't go and so another colour is required and all white would be wrong ...
Great find Dunc, now im liking this but it needs a bit of work!!
The following would need to happen:
1. Mirror bases back to original material/colour.
2. Mirrors painted in white.
3. Tints removed.
3. Decals removed.
4. A nice set of Cromodora's painted in black.
5. Black aerial.
6. Standard rear clusters.
7. Standard fuel cap.
