Thanks Duncan!.. Glad ya like it.. and the plate! lol.. Thought it was a pretty lucky find tbh... then I wasn't too sure! haha Quite like it now though. Didnt go much on the UFD plate, ok if it was UFO, but it wasn't and I wanted to give the car a bit of a new 'marque' for this new chapter in its life.

Your mate must've seen me on Saturday, as the car didnt go out on Sunday.. and you're right! the colour diffinately grows on you!..

Clarkson once said that in his perfect 10 car garage he'd have a vee but personally i'd have two - one in Acid and one in Lunar . Shaun, the car does look stunning. Let me know next time and i'll bring the other 'marmite' vee along :thumb

Like the carbon bonnet Mk1 and I looooove the Turbo II, was this car purchased from the Telford area around two years ago? I remember one just like it for sale around this time.
