Cool cheers Iain. Did they just slot down or did you need to tape them?

Pull the rubber door seal off slightly slip the ribbon right through, bit of tape and fire the door seal back on. Worked for me.

Or I may well have another car I done in my head lol, need to look at a clio to jog my mind.
