Megane 225 F4rt and 250 F4rt differences

Hi all

Its probably been asked a few times, but i couldnt find it searching, plus im new.
But what are the differences in engines?
What is stopping the 225 being tuned to the same level.
Is it just turbo and injector sizing restricting or is there more to it like engine internals.

Ah thats a shame, I was wondering if it was just bolt on parts that differed, I wont be doing that then.
