I went to order some new 21 turbo door bumps strips only to be informed by Renault that they are no longer available !! ...
Slim chance, but i don't suppose anybody has new ones kicking about or where to get some ? ... lol

I have 4 replacement doors that will be fitted when the cars respray happens, but only 3 of them have bump strips fitted, however they will need to be removed during the respray phase anyway and i believe they get ruined during removal ? ..

Failing finding any then its the ''bump strips removed look''.

They can be removed with care,
Done my doors over the summer and found three were bonded on with windscreen adhesive which was a utter pain to clear off the trims but I managed to reuse them.
Also at the time I was thinking about getting some carbon fibre/ resin ones made but I didn't have the time to chase things.

How did you go about removing them Richard ? ...

The one that was stuck on with factory double sided tape I gently warmed up with a hot air gun so the glue was soft and then cut with a very sharp thin blade knife.
The others I again warmed up to partly soften the bonding and then use a combination of sharp knife & windscreen cheese wire.
The key items are patience & carefulness, it took me a total of 4 hours per a door but quite a bit of that was warming things up.

The next problem I had once painted was how to stick them back on as the factory tape seems to be a odd thickness as tapes I found were either to thick or thin so I will have to redo the fitment again in the summer next year.

Cheers Richard ...
One of the body shops i visited also suggested the cheese wire option.
Every body shop i visited all hated the idea of the car not having the bump strips fitted, I must admit i find it looks pretty good.
