Might be a RaceLogic traction device. Didn't work very well from what I was told.

Never had dealings with them, but know exactly where they are! Not their typical sort of car I'd suggest. In the summer I'd most regularly be riding past them on my road bike since it's on various of my standard routes. Will take a peek if I get a chance.

[v6plaque]491[/v6plaque] has been discussed quite a bit on the forum, its pricing has been very interesting, and includes the possibility of it being a scam:
LINK for sale at £9K, then reduced to £6K!
LINK on eBay for £7.5K in May 2014 and Aug 2014 (£11.5K)
LINK someone actually had a drive in it.

As such, would be interesting to see what turns up......
