Hi all!
I've had a quick look around, but I can't find the answer if this is on here already, I hope it's not a FAQ (if it is then would someone link me to the answer?)...
I've got a '98 Renault Kangoo, 1.9 Diesel. Had it a few weeks, love it. It's a panel van that I'm going to convert into a camper. I've got a few questions, but this is my first.
There's an orange light on the dash, like an oscilloscope, the handbook calls it the "check injection" light I think. The van starts and runs fine (or seems to), I've been using it for a few weeks with the light on with no problems. Sometimes it'll come on straight away after it's been started, sometimes it'll take a couple of minutes. Once it's on it'll stay on until the engine is switched off.
Err, basically - what is it trying to tell me? "Check injection", does it need new injectors then? Or glow plugs (it never starts first turn of the key, always takes a second go), or is it something more serious?
Thanks for any help, I like the forum
