I have a MK1 Citroen AX GT, bought 5 years ago for £25. Been going strong but came to get in it today as it's my daily driver, turned the key and nothing apart from a click from a relay when turning the key. I'm guessing the starter motor has gone and it's only a couple of years old. Oh the joy...

Been to look at a clio 172. At idle, the clutch release bearing is making a noise (sort of screeching noise), but silent when the clutch is pressed. I have heard this can be quite normal, but am unsure if it will last, cause damage or anything? What are your thoughts? Cheers!
