Roughly when i bought the car, i was told it was a press car for fifth gear, only to find out it had also been tested against rs tunings 290bhp megane also. Just a few photos showing when i bought the car, to how it is now going through the progress of making it better.

I've owned the car for almost 4 years and to be honest it's not changed that much. It has mostly been maintenance:

I'm the proud owner of my 2006 Renault Megane Cup in Silver, I've owned it since July 2014 and other than pulling my hair out over maintenance cost, I absolutely love it!
Anyway, the reason for the thread title is not long after I got my baby, I had my first crash on the day of...
here we go: engine cover off:
removed the shield, lambda sensor and attach turbo / catalyst:
removed the under motor hanger, gear oil drained and removed the right axle shaft:
removed the axle shaft bearing block and the catalyst already pulled out:
removed the middle...
installation integrated into the original engine harness (only one cable new), and a new connector:
these accessories lamps aren't flush enough to the bumper recess. doesn't look like oem:
therefore an adjustment is necessary, and I modified the holder:
reduced by 12mm:
grind...
small project in between:
same look as the MRS3, now also here for the MRS2:
also new brake discs and pads:
of course, the trophy lettering will be the same as on the steering wheel cover:
