as title says, found oil in all these parts of the car could it be the oil seals going on the turbo or something else scratching my head at this so please help

Is the drivers shaft on a R26 a complete unit or can the CV joint be bought on its own ? ... Also what type / grade is the gearbox oil ? Thanks ;)
