I think the heading is right, basically the Meg 225 engine. What's the least that would need to be done on bottom end failure? It mentions bottom end shells (bearings) to be replaced, I know it's a tad vague but this is all that's mentioned, no reason to why it's happened either. Just thinking...
What are the main differences in the 2 engines? It's generally accepted that 240bhp is the max on a turbo converted f4r vs 280bhp of the f4rt in the meggy? I know power in bhp doesn't really bend things, torque does but what makes one better than the other? Is it rods and Pistons that change this?
