I asked AP (The UK HQ is right by my house) and they wouldnt sell me any as they are licensed to Renault only, meaning you have to buy them from Renault.
They are a CP-6600 series variant, OE p/n 6020013033 and 6020013034
AP info for the 6600 - should be able to get a rebuild kit from AP easily enough.
