Anyone else had trouble with the height of the beam emitted from their lights?

On Dipped the beam sits too high and dazzles any cars you are following as it shines straight through their back window!

On Full the beam sits too low and you can only see a small section of the road ahead at night.

As far as I know there is only one adjuster on the back of the Lights which does both Dipped and Full Beam. There aren't seperate adjusters. :?

I thought these were computer controlled. There's leveling devices on the rear subframe I believe. Perhaps they could be reset to factory settings using the clip software?

Mike, The beam is still higher on main beam than dipped beam.

There are manual adjusters on the back of the lights... the problem is that they adjust the dipped and main beams together, if you get me. :?
