Took the vee out last night for a blast, stop start hard driving for about 7-10 miles , checked fuel consumption when got home and it said it had done 6mpg... Anyone got worse ... It was very cold and I was driving using the power....

Nope but I used a full tank up at an average of 9mpg at 155mph in 85 miles whilst using 102 octane fuel. I do have a video somewhere but too much hassle to find, sort out and upload.

Now that is impressive!

7 is the worst I've seen in the vee but a rarely look in the vee now. The 200 shocked me the other day that was saying 9;(

Yeh same here 7 for mine when driven hard, looks like anything driven flat out does around the single figures, both my Meganes only manage 8MPG when driven hard [smilie=yay.gif]

Took 40mins to do that!

Drove out of petrol pump, onto autobahn flat-out, shot past a polizei car along the way (I did slow to 120 just in case it wasnt a de-estricted zone!), off and away, called my twin back in Blighty to give him the mpg read-out and general chit-chat as you do whilst flat-out (vee is so stable at high speed) and wait til needle hits rock bottom and pull off autobahn into petrol pump :race:

Best £80 spent it just has to be done once in your life!!
