because there isnt a world series event in the uk this year

if you mean Silverstone this month then you need to buy them from Silverstone. Its a FR3.5 race each day supporting the Le mans series rather than a WSR event as we know and hate/love (delete as appropriate). Its an early (9.40) race on the Sunday though.
Proper world series events are still to come in Hungary, Paul Ricard and Barleclona if you fancy a road trip.
