winter project now finished

hi all after hunting down some bits and bobs i took the car to scott at sg motorsport and said please can you fit this lot,which was
a twr development inlet manifold/trw development heads with 3 angle valve seats these were both ported and polished to match the manifold,
russo made some 12mm spacers for the inlet maniflod
a new porsche 996 throttle body was ordered and some samco hose new head gaskets.
i also had a phase 2 gearbox which scott had rebuilt for me.
ive now picked the car up from scott and wot a top job he has done the car feels totally different.
the car then went off to see ben mulgari to be remapped with good results
279hp at flywheel 223 at the wheels 200 ft-lb so im well pleased
it now pulls very strongly.simon :race:

it just goes to show exactly how much is lost in the transmission, 20% thats very interesting.
