The stupid wife hit the vee last night reversing of the drive putting a lovely black mark right across the o/s front wing ,so am slightly f##ked of with her at the moment ,but the best bit is she said to me after it happend ,I thought I was going to hit it [smilie=icon_eek.gif] as you can imagine the divorce papers are in the post right this minute ;)

Yes...........that's the way to look at the situation...........front end respray !

Always look at the positives :salut:

Nightmare mate!!!

As said though at least no fiberglass repair is needed, she must have literally just brushed past it

Probably just get that bit of the wing resprayed and blended in if it's not T-Cuttable...

But yeah, maybe it's time for a full respray! Going to be upsetting driving it with the mark to the sprayers though. I feel your pain.

she said to me after it happend ,I thought I was going to hit it

"I pulled in to a drive that was not mine and hit a tree i do not own"
"The pedestrian I hit said it was his fault as he had been run over before" Statements from 2 female drivers on their insurance claim forms.

They then try to qualify the incident by saying....."Well it's only a machine, no real harm done".

Nigel.

Doh! Sorry to hear that Paul, hope it gets fixed without too much hassle and the guilt means you get an easy life for a bit.

Cheers everyone ,I'm sure it'll get sorted soon one way or other. like you said Duncan at least I should have a easy life for awhile .well I'd better anyway or she will be paying for it .nigel love the quotes by the women drivers you mentioned ,you can see why they get cheaper insurance than us fellas can't you

Sorry to hear that Paul, and a lovely car you have (or is it had?) there too. :(

I am sure it will back to looking pristine again.

Doh! Not good, glad it's not too bad but frustrating all the same, she should definitely stump up the cash! Free respray for you ;)
