Where to get sill stickers from

Hi guys I'm in need of the passengers side sill sticker that sits on top on the door opening of the sill, dose anyone now if there is an aftermarket one that's been made at all, or is it going to be a dealer only item, thanks for your help

I think there was a thread on this sometime ago but don't think anyone got alternative to renault only part.. I would think its fairy easy job for a sign company these dats to copy this at sensible money
