MISS IT MISS OUT

weston wheels

Sorry im not going to this one, to be honest I found it a litlle boring, walked round for 1/2 an hour, and that was all that was there. Looks like only 3 x 21's going then

Weston Wheels

Thanx for the info 'emms'.

I will not be going as agreed with Craig, its a bit boring and I could see all that at Donnington Legal Cruise or MaxPower Live. :)

Just wondered if a member from the '21 Turbo Owners Club' would like to organise a stand/tickets for our club  , But as I can see nobody's really interested in it as with MaxPower too, so I guess these Events will not take place this year. soz .

LOL
Has to be seen to be appreciated.
It gets bigger every year, thats why a top gear presenter and the 4 big mags are there.
Your choice but your negative attitude would be a shame to put others off.

have to agree

i went when i had my gtt a few years back

and i was SOOOOO bored

infact its the only show i've ever left REALLY yearly as i just knew the drive home up the m5 and m6 would be more fun

but as its on your door step i hope you enjoy yourself emms

As for all your good and bad opinions on Weston Wheels, we all have our own opinions, obviously this event is not for everyone out there!

there is a massive difference between max power and other car shows!

Every year so far there has been something old and something new!

The organisers dont want it to be repetitive year in year out and like to bring a range of variety to the event to help please everyone, thats why there was a survery done as to see what everyone does and doesnt want to see at this kind of event!!!

It may seem biased to some for me to sit here and sat that Weston Wheels is the bee's knee's coz many people that know me know i am good friends with them both and have been involved with the event its self! But it has its good and bad points. I my slef do really enjoy going to this event, but i see it from a different perspective to everyone else out thre coz i know how much hard work, time, moeny and stress goes into bringing soemthing like this to other cruisers!

But hey nothng or no one is perfect are they?

:D

Just wondering like....

but in reading your post Ems, are in fact saying that you'd like to work closely with the Original 21 Turbo Owners Club for meets, so you can perhaps have your stand near ours, thus giving the 21Turbo in effect a bigger attendance? Or are you indeed implying that because you are attending we therefore cant?

Me

Any one andeveryone is welcome to book club stands for Weston Wheels, whether you end up nest to each other is another matter of course!!!

I dont think thats what she's implying at all that if they're there then you cant be. Over all its down to the organisers who gets club stand space and who doesnt, there is still space for club stands!

If you havent already got a standf why dont you book one, this will be a great opportunity for your site and all the memebr's cars to be showed off amongst all the other modded motors there!

Of course its down to you whether you do book one, buit for thiose who are serious about modding and there motors, i think these shows are great ways for everyone in this scene to get new ideas, meet new people and take part in one of the only legal cruises in the country (and not forgetting to annoy the local old squiel by attending and causing havoc with the traffic!!!) :D

I seriously think that if you dont have a club stand you should book one.

Ok prices are no longer at the reduced rate now, but still ?25 for 2 nites camping, transport to and from towen to go to the clubs and your entry ticket included in that aint really all that bad!!! :D

Re: Weston Wheels

Now look here LADS!! thats all of you.............

All I was saying is that I'm PERSONALLY NOT GOING so if a member from the 21Turbo Owners Club would like to take the opportunity to organise a Club Stand then put your hands up...."emms" has supplied the information most kindly for the 21Toc Member to use (Thanx). Then I went to say that it looks like no-one is interested and same goes for MaxPower, so it looks like neither of these Events will happen here. :?

No digs in any shape, way or form. :(

Ok, I may have compared it to Maxpower but the year we went to Weston Wheels (when we stood a minute's silence for Holly and Jessica murders) is what it was similar to then, it's obviously changed...as some Events do. :D
I'm personnally just not intereted in spending money on fuel when we get Donnington Legal Cruise up here (7 miles down ta road) 3-4 times a year with the same kind of stuff that goes off, which i'm sure you'll agree. O:)

Now lets stop here =; , thanx for reading.
